Description

Pale lemon color with gray highlights. Beautiful floral aromas like white rose and orange blossom with citrus notes on the nose and on the palate. A fresh, elegant wine with balanced acidity and cool finish.

Vinification

Clarified by static sedimentation of the must, Fermentation at low temperatures, maturation two to three months in a tank.
